Job Title: Graduate Listing Management Officer, Athens, Greece
We provide full range of services to help our clients short let their homes in Athens, Mykonos, London, Berlin and in other cities. We promote the properties simultaneously in 50+ channels such as Homeaway, Booking.com, Tripadvisor, Agoda …. Even our clients who manage their own properties have seen a 100% increase in bookings from our dynamic promotion!
Our services include: advertising properties on Airbnb, Homeaway, Holiday Lettings, etc; inventory control; dynamic and seasonal pricing; vetting guests and managing the booking process; checking the guests in and out; cleaning; supply of toiletries and linen; maintenance; post collection and more.
We make sure that occupancy levels are high thus generating maximum return for our clients.
Revenue Management. Improve our revenue management strategy through our bespoke pricing framework, monitor the performance of our properties and make any necessary changes to make each property highly profitable.
Booking Platforms. Support the delivery of our “multiplatform” strategy (booking platforms other than Airbnb, e.g. Booking.com, HomeAway, and others), including helping to drive successful implementation of new platforms to reach interesting markets.
Data Analysis. Carry out financial analyses for all our cities and identify ways in which we can improve our financial model.
Social Media. Deliver our social media strategy
- Personal Skills:
We are looking for a dynamic & well-organized person with good interpersonal skills, team spirit and ability to work independently.
- Technical Skills:
Fluent in word, excel, powerpoint
Immediate availability necessary
- Qualifications:
Higher education degree preferable but not a prerequisite
Excellent knowledge of the English language
